Armed with a college degree in Economics, Susana began her career as an Economics Analyst for the second largest cement producer in the world. Honing skills in the details of what it takes to achieve high-level financial success, her knowledge base quickly grew as she developed the seemingly innate ability to see the big picture when it comes to the best time to buy and sell.
Today, that knowledge serves her clients well as they seek to invest in the million dollar plus homes, estates and new condominium developments of some of Miami’s most influential and desired neighborhoods including Sunny Isles, Bay Harbour, Surfside, Aventura and Brickell. Active in the entertainment industry for more than 15 years, Susy has held roles as actress, host, producer and creator for various television studios and projects. Her wide array of talents and experience in this sector has allowed Rosado to perfect her impressive negotiating skills and sharpen her ability to work with a wide range of personalities while growing an ever-expanding network of contacts, clients and colleagues.
Her love of community extends beyond her professional life as she proudly supports efforts to further family education and personal growth. Volunteering with SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Suzy helps kids fall in love with reading through the BookPALS children’s literacy program. In her spare time, she enjoys all producing new audiovisual concepts and practicing Kundalini yoga.
